2020 Oak Knoll Cabernet Sauvignon

Dark fruit, coffee, chocolate, with balanced acidity and smooth tannins.

This small-production Cabernet Sauvignon is made from sustainably-farmed Moulds Family Vineyard in the Oak Knoll District AVA of Napa Valley.

Hand-picked, hand-sorted, de-stemmed, aged 24 months in 50% new French Oak & 50% neutral French oak, and then aged in bottle for an additional 24 months.
